Clarifications on Press Publications
False Information about Enterprises
Various sources erroneously mentioned enterprises that have nothing to do with M.V. Dvornikov:
- "Evis", "Roga i Kopyta"
- Factories "Emitron", "Kompressor", "Samotochka"
- "Moskovsky Silk", "Khlebprodinform", "Gazstroymekhanizatsiya"
- JSC "Torgrechservice", Research Institute "Steklo"
Also, Mikhail Dvornikov was never involved in the privatization of state or defense enterprises. No court cases regarding "Mikhail Dvornikov's enterprises" were ever considered.
Office and Security
Internet sources often incorrectly indicate that Dvornikov had an "office in Russia". In fact:
- In 1996–1998, the Ministry of Internal Affairs security guarded the shopping complex, not a personal office.
- In 1999, the search took place in the office of the Savelovsky shopping complex. Mikhail Dvornikov himself was only a shareholder and did not have a personal office there.
Rebuttal of 1999 Rumors
There are allegations in the network about political activity or being on a wanted list in the late 90s. This does not correspond to reality:
- Dvornikov was not the Chairman of the Board of Directors of TC "Savelovsky" (such a position did not exist; the Managing Director was A.V. Kolesnik).
- He did not distribute political letters and did not participate in elections.
- No criminal charges were ever brought, and reports of being "put on the federal wanted list" were an element of black PR by competitors.
Fakes about TC "Savelovsky"
"Charity Fund M.V.D.": Information about a fund that allegedly collected parking fees is an insinuation. Parking was an official paid service of the complex.
Incident with the "Savel" building (2004): The destroyed and burnt building "Savel" belonged to other owners and had nothing to do with TC "Savelovsky", although it was located on the neighboring territory.
Family and Personal Life
Mikhail Dvornikov is married, his wife is Maria Dvornikova.
The couple has two daughters:
- The eldest was engaged in international relations and diplomacy.
- The youngest was studying at school during the mentioned events.
Since the late 1990s, the entire family has been permanently residing in the EU and has no relatives in the Russian Federation. Mikhail Dvornikov has no brothers or sisters.
Confusion with Namesakes
The person mentioned in the media as a participant in the State Duma elections or the Chairman of the Board of Directors of LLC "Moslesgroup" is a namesake. Mikhail Vladimirovich Dvornikov (born 1971) never had anything to do with this company and did not run for the Duma.
